User Guide - Collect Log via PrimeCollect Application on Windows for Fujitsu Primergy Server

1.      Open the remote desktop connection and input the IP Address of the Windows server where the PrimeCollect files are going to be obtained.

2.       Login with Administrator account or its equivalent.

3.       When the desktop of the Windows server has been shown, click All Programs – Fujitsu – ServerView Suite – Agents – PrimeCollect

4.       The PrimeCollect application will appear. Click on Collect Data

5.       Please wait while the PrimeCollect utility collects all the logs.

6.       Once the log collection has finished, click Save to save the file

7.       Please save the file.
